Is there a suggested weight limit on Halo wheels?

Wheelset Weight Limits

  • Road & Gravel: 100 kg (220 lbs) recommended maximum.
  • Mountain Bike (MTB): 120 kg (265 lbs) recommended maximum.

While riders exceeding these limits can often still use our wheels safely, doing so increases stress on components like spokes, rims, and bearings. If you fall above these recommendations, we suggest more frequent maintenance checks with an experienced mechanic to ensure everything remains tensioned and true.

Please note that any warranty claims for riders over these limits will be assessed by our technical team on a case-by-case basis.
